Editorial standards for health content
Exposed Nutrition may influence real decisions. Every page and post should be helpful, safe, readable, and grounded.
Required standards
- No miracle claims: do not say a food, detox, supplement, psychedelic, spiritual practice, or device cures disease unless supported by appropriate medical evidence and regulatory clearance.
- Citations: include citations for health claims, especially nutrition guidance, infant feeding, supplements, detox safety, activity recommendations, and mental-health practices.
- Safety boundaries: tell people when to seek medical, emergency, dietitian, pharmacist, pediatric, or mental-health care.
- Clear disclosures: affiliate and ad content must be labeled without overwhelming the page.
- Human tone: avoid shame, fear, perfectionism, and unrealistic transformations.
- Blog automation: generated articles must be reviewed for accuracy, citations, links, tone, and medical safety before publishing.
