Meal Templates and Grocery System
Most people do better with repeatable templates than complicated diets. Build a weekly grocery system around proteins, plants, fiber-rich carbohydrates, healthy fats, and convenient rescue meals.
Templates
- Breakfast: Greek yogurt or fortified alternative + berries + nuts/seeds; eggs + vegetables + fruit; oats + protein + berries.
- Lunch: salad bowl with beans or protein; leftovers; soup plus whole-grain or fruit.
- Dinner: protein + two plants + fiber-rich starch; stir-fry; sheet-pan meal; bean-based meal.
- Snack: fruit + nuts; yogurt; hummus + vegetables; boiled eggs; smoothie with whole-food ingredients.
