Trauma-Aware Support

Some stress patterns are not fixed by a checklist. Trauma, abuse, grief, addiction, severe anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and unsafe relationships require compassionate professional support.

When Self-Help Is Not Enough

  • Suicidal thoughts, self-harm urges, or danger to others.
  • Flashbacks, dissociation, severe panic, or inability to function.
  • Substance use that feels out of control.
  • Eating-disorder behaviors or extreme body fear.
  • Abuse, coercion, or unsafe living situations.
Emergency: If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services or a crisis line in your region.
