Seven-Day Reset Plan
Gentle reset
Seven-Day Reset Plan
This reset is not a cleanse. It is a simple week of lower-friction habits: water, sleep timing, walking, protein, fiber, screen boundaries, and calmer decisions.
- Day 1: Set wake time and choose two default breakfasts.
- Day 2: Add a 10-minute walk after one meal.
- Day 3: Prepare a protein-and-fiber lunch.
- Day 4: Add a five-minute breathing reset.
- Day 5: Clean one food environment: pantry, fridge, desk, or car.
- Day 6: Share a meal or walk with someone.
- Day 7: Review what worked and choose one habit to keep.
